Duties/Responsibilities (PMS):
- Work on Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Software Apparel (ERP).
- Work on Daily Attendance of employees.
- Work on Leave Management in Apparel Software.
- Prepare Daily Manpower Summary.
- Maintain information of active employees.
- Entry & Update of Employee information in Apparel Software.
- Work on the punching system for new employees.
- Prepare monthly salary sheet based on Apparel Software.
- Prepare increment portion/arrear salary.
- Prepare yearly festival bonus & other allowances.
- Prepare Maternity Leave Allowance.
- Prepare Suspended Allowance.
- Understand the Final Settlement process.
- Knowledge about HRIS Software like Apparel Software.
- Prepare Daily and Monthly reports on Manpower Summary, Late, Leave, Absent, Joining, & Separation.
- Prepare Performance Assessment/Appraisal forms.
Network & Hardware:
- PC Assembling, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Maintenance.
- Maintenance of wireless & wired LAN, wireless routers, and hubs.
- Configuring office networking setup and supporting technologies that sustain the overall health and security of the network, servers, and LAN/WAN infrastructure of the company.
- Software maintenance and email setup (Outlook Express, Office Outlook).
- Providing technical support to various users in the office when they encounter problems.
- Setup configuration and support of different software solutions on various platforms.
- Virus clean-up of user PCs.
